The 2016 legislative session has started with a bang! SB 676 sponsored by Senator Denise Grimsley and HB 423 sponsored by Representative Cary Pigman were both passed out of committees this week. SB 676 has three more committees to go until going to the full Senate and HB 423 has only one more committee before the full House. Senate leadership has expressed support which is a favorable sign.
