The Florida Nurse Practitioner Network announces the 2025 FNPN Annual Conference “Leading Florida’s NPs through Uncharted Waters” to be held August 21-23, 2025 at the Orlando World Center Marriott, 8701 World Center Drive, Orlando, Florida 32821. Our annual conference has a reputation of attracting nurse practitioners throughout the state of Florida and is an excellent opportunity to disseminate the latest information on pharmaceutical products, devices, programs, patient services and other offerings.
As a valued exhibitor partner, you are invited to participate in our 2025 Annual Conference. We are expecting a robust registration again of nurse practitioners based on the location, nationally acclaimed speakers and reputation for quality continuing education. Our exhibit hall will provide you with access to our conference attendees throughout the conference with dedicated time and exposure for your products and services.
We have Product Theater Sponsorships and more Exhibitor opportunities* available:
We value our exhibitors and would like our attendees to learn more about your products and services. Our conference would not be possible without the support of partners like you. We ask that if you have not already done so to act EARLY and reserve your space at our conference.
Vendor Registration: If you are planning on selling products at the conference, there is a submission process that will require review before approval. To ensure products are not duplicated and are related to the NP industry. All vendors please use the vendor submission ticket located under registration. If you purchase space before approval of product payment can and will be refunded (minus all applicable credit card fees) if product is not approved.
Deadline for Exhibitor registration is August 1, 2025. All marketing materials are the responsibility of the company to submit after company registration is approved and must be submitted by AUGUST 2, 2025. (This is not mandatory for participating companies)
Exhibitor Set up is Thursday from 1-5pm and Friday 8am-9:00am. Breakdown Friday after 6pm or Saturday after 10:00am. Exhibitors must sign in at the event to receive your badge and table assignment. Only 3 representatives per company. Exhibit table, 2 chairs, and trashcan are provided for each exhibitor space.
Program Advertising is also available.
Unable to attend our conference in person? No problem. In addition to sponsorships and exhibitor opportunities mentioned above, we have advertising options in our conference program. Healthcare organizations, NP led clinics, physician groups, pharmaceutical companies and universities are welcome to submit advertisements to be placed in our conference program. Ads must be camera ready (.jpg, .png, .bmp) and be final proofed for advertising. No changes can be made once submitted. To purchase space look under exhibitor registration and scroll down to program information. Deadline for submissions is August 2, 20205.
Currently, ad space on each page (8 ½ x 11) is as follows:
● ½ page, full color: $350
● Full page, full color: $600
CONTRACT SUBMISSION: Your contract must be accompanied by full payment for your application to be processed.
CANCELLATION: Full refunds will be granted less a 25% processing fee for space cancelled. All refunds must be requested in writing and postmarked on or before July 31, 2025. No refunds will be granted for display space or advertisements canceled after July 31, 2025.
FORCE MAJEURE: In the event FNPN should find it necessary to cancel or postpone the FNPN 2025 Annual Conference for any reason, including but not limited to low registration, strikes, acts of nature, war, terrorist acts, Covid-19 or other circumstances beyond FNPN's control, FNPN's liability shall be limited to refund of registration fees paid minus any fees incurred by FNPN.
DISCLAIMER: FNPN reserves the right to determine type of product and vendor space requirements and or accommodations. Specifically, FNPN reserves the right to review accept and or decline any and all vendor applications to ensure congruency with the mission and purpose of the event, or if duplication of product vendors or if space becomes limited. As well, FNPN does not guarantee an amount of expected sales for any vendors who may be selling products.
I understand that a vendor contract is not approved to exhibit at the FNPN Conference until a confirmation email has been received that the product has been reviewed, payment has been processed and FNPN has approved vendor application.
Exhibitors and Vendors agree to all rules and regulations set by FNPN and understand that my company will be asked to leave, at the discretion of FNPN staff, if any rules or regulations are broken.
