BREAKING NEWS: HB 423 Passes full House Vote

HB 423 which authorizes NPs and PAs to prescribe Controlled Substances passed the FULL House vote today with a 117 yay to 2 nay vote. The bill now moves over to the Senate for their vote. 

Representatives: Cruz and Gaetz were the only nay votes.
