In celebration of National NP week, NSO will be hosting a webinar for Nurse Practitioners (NPs) on Thursday, 11/17, at 1pm ET.
All NPs are invited to register for this free event. This event is certified for 1 contact hour of continuing education credit. Participants who attend 50 minutes of the event and complete a post-event test will earn 1 contact hour of credit. NPs can register via the link in the blurb provided below:

NSO's webinar entitled, "Test Your Liability IQ: Top Reasons NPs Get Sued" to be held 11/17/16 at 1pm ET, will explore nurse practitioner closed professional liability claims to identify liability patterns and trends. By highlighting closed nurse practitioner events that resulted in financial loss or expenses, we highlight the types of situations most likely to have serious adverse outcomes for patients and create liability exposures for nurse practitioners. Using this information, nurse practitioners can examine their own current practices in relation to the claims and losses experienced by their peers.
