On Tuesday, April 20, an explosion aboard the Deepwater Horizon sunk the drilling rig, causing oil to spill into the Gulf of Mexico. During this COCA conference call, a CDC subject matter expert will discuss current and anticipated health hazards associated with the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, and how appropriate interventions can be implemented to protect the health and safety of the public.
