Medical eligibility form for COVID-19 vaccine causes confusion

FORT MYERS, Fla. — The governor just put out a new executive order that’s causing some confusion about a medical eligibility form for the COVID-19 vaccine.

Patients who are under 65 and medically vulnerable can get vaccinated with the form under an executive order. This form holds the key for millions of medically vulnerable patients to get the covid vaccine in our state, and a way for medical staff to help.
