(1) Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for Substance Use Disorders: No waiver needed

1. Compare and contrast differences between gram-negative and gram-positive antibiotic coverage. (Rx)
2. Describe appropriate use of antibiotics to treat various infectious diseases. (Rx)
