Southeast Regional Webinar on Educational Progression in Nursing

Dear Colleagues,
On July 7, 2011 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. ET the Center to Champion Nursing in America (CCNA) will host a webinar that will convene nursing education leaders from throughout the Southeast region to showcase their progress in implementing models related to education progression. The webinar will allow state leaders to share information about lessons learned and to work together to develop strategies for advancing education progression. In light of the Institute of Medicine’s report on the Future of Nursing, the time is right to develop and implement innovative models and work together to advance the needs of our changing field.
Please save July 7, 2011 9:00-11:00 a.m. ET (8:00-10:00 a.m. Central Time) on your calendar so that you can join us to engage in this important work. Share this announcement widely with your colleagues as appropriate. A more detailed invitation will follow with additional information and resources.
