As many of you know there are several amendments on the upcoming November 6th ballot.  Below is a link to the Collins Center. This link http://collinscenter.org/ gives a fairly unbiased explanation of the proposed amendments on the Nov 6 Florida ballot.  Once on the website click on the heading New Voter Information Now Available. The 2012 Proposed constutional amendments heading will be viewed, below that click on any of the amendments and find arguments for and against.
