Governor Rick Scott Appoints Three to Florida Center for Nursing Board of Directors
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Today, Governor Rick Scott announced three appointments to the Florida Center for Nursing Board of Directors.
Samira Beckwith, 62, of Fort Meyers, is the president and chief executive officer of Hope Hospice and Community Services Inc. She succeeds Martha DeCastro and is appointed for a term beginning July 1, 2015, and ending June 30, 2018.
Dr. Doreen Cassarino, 54, of Naples, is an advanced registered nurse practitioner at Millennium Physician Group. She succeeds Janice Hoff and is appointed for a term beginning June 4, 2015, and ending June 30, 2016.
Dr. Barbara Williams, 64, of Vero Beach, is clinical psychologist and advanced psychiatric nurse practitioner at Mind Health. She succeeds Leslie Kent and is appointed for a term beginning June 4, 2015, and ending June 30, 2016.
