ACT NOW!!! Lewis and Clark (Formerly Sophie Palmer) RRG Policy Holders

Dear Lewis & Clark Risk Retention Group (RRG) Policy Holders:
Some still refer to it as Sophie Palmer Professional Liablity Insurance.....Well the final word is from NEVADA - Get a New Insurance Company ASAP!  I spoke to Betty Cordial (800-476-2112 x 137) who is the Nevada State Insurance Commissioner staff who is handling the receivership of this RRG. She assured me that there is no money in this company to cover present and future claims AND more concerning for some, there is probably not enough money to cover any litigation claims already in progress. She had no hopes that L&C would recover and get back in business.

What you might need to change over is a document called a "no loss report"   that declares you had no claims or losses during your policy with L&C. Try to get that from the receiver: Contact him for any future requests for information on this program/ your policy. Good luck! He is hard to reach. I got mine after much effort.
