Criteria for FNPN NP award of excellence:

1. Member of FNPN for minimum one (1) year. 
2. Demonstrates significant efforts to improve NP visibility and acceptance/awareness of practice 
3. Strong advocate for NP practice 
4. Supports NP education through actively participating to include serving as a preceptor.
5. Active involvement in health policy and community affairs aimed at promoting NP practice (health screening fairs, civic /town hall meetings, or social media).
