Purpose of the Study:
This study explores the relationship between Nurse Practitioners' (NPs) job satisfaction and the state Scope of Practice (SOP) laws under which they practice. The goal is to better understand how regulatory autonomy and practice settings influence NP career satisfaction across the United States.

You are invited to participate in a research study conducted by Dr. Debra Hain (Principal Investigator) and Dr. Louisana Louis (Co-Principal Investigator), and the research team: Dr. Mercy Mumba, Dr. Sabrina Robinson, Dr. Andre Williams, and Dr. Lauri Rebar of the Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing at Florida Atlantic University.Purpose of the Study: This study explores the relationship between Nurse Practitioners' (NPs) job satisfaction and the state Scope of Practice (SOP) laws under which they practice.
