Please see list of legislators below who serve on the HHS Access Subcommittee that hears health related bills - Please draft an email to one (especially if the Rep is in your district) or all NOW and ask them to vote YES on HB 1195 Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners by Rep Daphine Campbell (D) Miami. 

This bill will authorize all advanced registered nurse practitioners to initiate involuntary examinations under Baker Act of persons believed to have acute mental illness crisis. The bill is to be heard at 3:30 on Tuesday Jan 17. Just tell them why we need this bill and how it will impact your practice or help others!!
